Yes, it's true. The voting system on this site is being abused by punks like AGK. That's why the top 20 are almost all by the same two people. I've visited here often and I've noticed that if a recent pic gets a good score and makes it to the top 20, it is almost immediately given bad votes to push it down. There would probably be more and better pics by more people put on here if the voting system was fixed or gotten rid of altogether.
